**Salary:** $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience.

**Job Responsibilities:** Develop, implement, and review public affairs guidance and procedures; prepare news releases, speeches, and talking points; coordinate and respond to media queries; train Subject Matter Experts for media interviews; and serve as a subject matter expert on strategic communication engagements.

**Requirements:** Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of experience in public affairs, strong Microsoft skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and experience with Naval Rank Structure.
