Job Overview

The Strategic Analysis, Inc. (SA) team is seeking a skilled Action Officer to provide administrative and programmatic support to the DARPA Advanced Capabilities Office. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working with senior-level government officials.

About the Role:

This position offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of SA's clients. As an Action Officer, you will be responsible for providing logistical support, tracking project status, and assisting in the preparation of briefings for DARPA leaders, Congress, and other external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support to the DARPA Advanced Capabilities Office, including coordinating logistics for short- and long-term projects and engagements.
  • Work closely with government leaders to track and coordinate project status, maintain a list of contacts, and assist in the preparation of briefings.
  • Support special projects, including developing user guides and instructions to help implement solutions and standardize usage across the office.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of experience.
  • Active DoD Top Secret Clearance.
  • Experience providing support to senior-level government officials, including SES level.

Salary Range:$80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
