Directorate Coordinator for Administrative Affairs

The Acquisition Integration Programs Directorate at Ryde Technologies, LLC seeks an experienced Director Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to senior officials and staff members, ensuring the smooth operation of our directorate functions.
Job Description:
This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating directorate-level activities, maintaining accurate records, and developing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate directorate-level activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative support, preferably in a DoD or government contracting environment.
- Associate's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Active Secret clearance.
Estimated Salary: $95,000 - $125,000 per annum.
