The Acquisition Integration Programs Directorate at Ryde Technologies, LLC seeks an experienced Director Coordinator to join our team. Job Description:
This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating directorate-level activities, maintaining accurate records, and developing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate directorate-level activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative support, preferably in a DoD or government contracting environment.
  • Associate's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Active Secret clearance.

Estimated Salary: $95,000 - $125,000 per annum.
