About the Opportunity

As a key member of our team, you will support the Advanced Capabilities Office of DARPA, providing administrative and programmatic support to Leadership. This role requires a versatile individual with high integrity, focused attention to milestones, and excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will work closely with government leaders to track and coordinate logistics for short- and long-term projects and engagements. This includes managing daily schedules, coordinating internal and external briefings, and preparing presentations for commercial stakeholders.

We estimate this role to pay around $90,000 per year, based on industry standards and the required qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide direct support to the DARPA Advanced Capabilities Office (ACO)
  2. Track status of projects and maintain a list of contacts for government leaders
  3. Assist in preparing briefings for DARPA leaders, Congress, and other external stakeholders
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of experience
  • Active DoD Top Secret Clearance
  • Experience providing support to senior-level government officials
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Excel
