About this position:

Quality Talent Group is in search of a Forward Hire Branch Operations Manager for our National Branch Network within the Consumer, Small and Business Banking division. This pivotal role offers a clear career trajectory and visibility within the organization. The Forward Hire Branch Operations Manager position is designed to ensure a consistent and positive experience for both customers and employees across designated areas. During your tenure, you will enhance your leadership skills by managing multiple branch locations. As business needs evolve, you will transition into either the Branch Operations Manager or Branch Manager role within your assigned area.

Once in one of these positions, you will be responsible for leading, managing, and developing a diverse team of high-performing individuals. Required Qualifications:
