Banking Representative

Pinnacle Bank is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused New Account Representative to join our team.

The New Account Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting bank services, and selling new accounts to customers. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

1. Provide exceptional customer service to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
2. Promote bank services to customers, identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products and services.
3. Sell new accounts to customers, including checking, savings, certificates of deposit, and safe deposit boxes.
4. Assist customers with account maintenance, including ordering checks, reconciling statements, and resolving disputes.
5. Work closely with branch staff to ensure seamless customer service and support.
6. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• High school graduate or equivalent with six months previous banking experience.
• Full knowledge of personal and business banking products offered.
• Basic knowledge of all banking regulations applicable to the job function.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

The New Account Representative will work in a fast-paced banking environment, interacting with customers and branch staff on a daily basis. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team-oriented environment and provide exceptional customer service in a professional and courteous manner.

The New Account Representative will be required to stand for long periods, walk, and climb stairs. The ideal candidate will be able to lift up to 20 pounds and perform other physical demands of the job.
