Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and organize critical technical documentation to ensure compliance with FSMA regulations related to our product offerings.
  • Address and respond to customer technical inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Lead the complaints management process, ensuring thorough tracking and resolution.
  • Continuously update and maintain quality tracking systems to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Conduct quality verification activities, including the review and approval of food safety documentation and laboratory results.
  • Support organic regulatory compliance, including annual certifications and audits.
  • Manage laboratory testing programs to meet customer and regulatory requirements.
  • Facilitate the annual review of quality product specifications.
  • Coordinate customer and FDA audits, ensuring timely corrective actions are implemented.
  • Monitor social audit statuses and make necessary updates.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • A degree in a Science-related field or equivalent qualifications.
  • 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance, safety, regulatory compliance, or documentation control is preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential.
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experience with electronic document management systems is advantageous.
  • Strong time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
