Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and organize critical technical documentation to ensure compliance with FSMA regulations related to our product offerings.
- Address and respond to customer technical inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
- Lead the complaints management process, ensuring thorough tracking and resolution.
- Continuously update and maintain quality tracking systems to enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct quality verification activities, including the review and approval of food safety documentation and laboratory results.
- Support organic regulatory compliance, including annual certifications and audits.
- Manage laboratory testing programs to meet customer and regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate the annual review of quality product specifications.
- Coordinate customer and FDA audits, ensuring timely corrective actions are implemented.
- Monitor social audit statuses and make necessary updates.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- A degree in a Science-related field or equivalent qualifications.
- 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance, safety, regulatory compliance, or documentation control is preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experience with electronic document management systems is advantageous.
- Strong time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
