Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Service Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at Leidos. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of services delivered on our program, supporting the Air Force National Capital Region (AFNCR) program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Administration: Support the Quality Manager in the execution of plans and activities that execute and measure the requirements according to Leidos policies and standards.
  • Performance and Control: Measure program performance against contractual requirements, monitor internal Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify trends in adherence to the Quality Management System.
  • Internal Audits: Assist in the creation of the Internal Audit Schedule to drive compliance with the PWS, QASP, Leidos Policies and Procedures, the Quality Plan, and other applicable Industry Standards and Best Practices.
  • Continual Improvement: Identify issues, process breakdowns, or negative trends and recommend them for improvement action.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 4+ years of professional experience; or a Master's degree in a related discipline with 2+ years of professional experience.
  • Security Clearance: Currently possess a DoD TS/SCI Security Clearance.
  • Technical Skills: Experience working with SharePoint and MS Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Communication Skills: Good oral and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Industry Certifications: Familiarity with Government and DoD IT and security policies and requirements, experience in ISO 9001:2015 and CMMI-SVC Industry Standards and Best Practices.
  • Technical Skills: Experience w/ Remedy ticketing systems, current industry certifications in quality management and or service management such as ISO and ITIL.
