About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Service Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Leidos, Inc. in support of the Air Force National Capital Region (AFNCR) program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of services delivered on the program, with a focus on the National Military Command Center (NMCC) portion of the scope.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Quality Manager in the execution of plans and activities that execute and measure the requirements according to Leidos policies and standards.
  • Measure program performance against contractual requirements and monitor internal Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify trends in adherence to the Quality Management System.
  • Assist in the creation of the Internal Audit Schedule to drive compliance with the PWS, QASP, Leidos Policies and Procedures, the Quality Plan, and other applicable Industry Standards and Best Practices.
  • Identify issues, process breakdowns, or negative trends and recommend them for improvement action.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 4+ years of professional experience; or a Master's degree in a related discipline with 2+ years of professional experience.
  • Currently possess a DoD TS/SCI Security Clearance.
  • Experience working with SharePoint and MS Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and function in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Government and DoD IT and security policies and requirements.
  • Experience in ISO 9001:2015 and CMMI-SVC Industry Standards and Best Practices.
  • Experience w/ Remedy ticketing systems.
  • Current industry certifications in quality management and or service management such as ISO and ITIL.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
