Behavior Therapist

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. As a Behavior Technician, you will work with children and adolescents with autism using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Our team provides excellent ongoing training and supervision opportunities, and we offer part-time positions available after school hours on weekdays and weekends.
Responsibilities:- Implement behavior plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Collect and record behavioral data to monitor progress.
- Make learning fun and engaging for children, adolescents, and adults with autism.
- Work together with parents to teach various skills to children and adolescents.
- Collaborate with a therapy team.
- A minimum of an associate's degree in psychology, social work, education, or a related field is required.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Experience working with children and adolescents with special needs is a plus.
- Enthusiasm, energy, and reliability are required.
