About the Position

ColumbiaCare Services is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate ICM Therapist to join our team in Medford, Oregon. As an ICM Therapist, you will provide comprehensive psychosocial mental health assessments, develop treatment plans, and work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary field-based team to support adults with severe and persistent mental illness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial mental health assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Provide therapy, case management, and skills training in various community settings
  • Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary field-based team to identify client needs and connect to community resources
  • Develop and maintain clear and consistent therapeutic boundaries
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
  • Eligibility for Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) registration
  • Experience performing mental health assessments, diagnosis, treatment plans, and working with SPMI population is preferred
