About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate ICM Therapist to join our team at ColumbiaCare Services.

The successful candidate will provide intensive case management services to adults with severe and persistent mental illness, utilizing a strength-based, person-centered, and trauma-informed approach.

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm, with a weekly on-call rotation.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial mental health assessments and develop treatment plans to promote hospital diversion, client self-sufficiency, and appropriate placement.
  • Provide therapy, case management, and skills training in various community settings to support clients.
  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary field-based team to identify client needs and connect to community resources.
  • Develop and maintain therapeutic relationships with clients, demonstrating the ability to develop quick rapport and maintain clear boundaries.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
  • Eligibility for Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) registration.
  • Ability to pass a DHS criminal background check and a pre-employment drug screen.
  • Physical ability to frequently sit, talk, listen, and use hands and fingers, with occasional walking, climbing stairs and ladders, bending, stooping, squatting/kneeling, and lifting up to 30 pounds.
