About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate ICM Therapist to join our team at ColumbiaCare Services. As an ICM Therapist, you will provide intensive case management services to adults with severe and persistent mental illness, working collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to identify client needs and connect them to community resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial mental health assessments and develop treatment plans to support hospital diversion and client self-sufficiency
  • Provide therapy, case management, and skills training in various community settings
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to identify client needs and connect to community resources
  • Develop and maintain therapeutic relationships with clients and their families
  • Participate in a weekly on-call rotation and provide crisis intervention services as needed
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
  • Eligibility for Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) registration
  • Experience working with SPMI population and performing mental health assessments, diagnosis, and treatment plans
  • Ability to pass a DHS criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen
