Position Overview:
Our client, a leading firm in the semiconductor industry, is seeking a Lead Reliability Engineer to oversee all aspects of reliability for innovative devices and integrated circuits (ICs).

Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be tasked with:
- Designing and implementing reliability experiments.
- Developing and analyzing reliability models to ensure product integrity.
- Collaborating with TCAD and simulation engineers to create new electrical reliability tests.

Required Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
- Extensive knowledge of power semiconductor device reliability, particularly in GaN technology.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis methods and familiarity with software tools such as JMP, Minitab, or Python.
- Experience in semiconductor failure analysis.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical information.
- A degree in a relevant engineering or scientific discipline.
