Key Responsibilities:

As a Lead Reliability Engineer, you will play a crucial role in defining and implementing design assurance and reliability standards. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with product development teams to provide reliability engineering insights.
  • Establishing comprehensive reliability testing plans and validation requirements.
  • Analyzing warranty claims and customer feedback to formulate reliability enhancement strategies.
  • Integrating reliability analysis methodologies into product design processes.
  • Conducting and leading Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Fault Tree Analysis.
  • Designing and refining electro-mechanical systems for our diverse range of products.

  • Developing test plans and collaborating with testing technicians to assess product performance.
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in Engineering, specifically in Design, Reliability, or Quality.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical disciplines.
  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the appliance sector or with mass-produced consumer goods.
  • Certification as an ASQ Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) or willingness to obtain certification.
  • Familiarity with field failure analysis and warranty data management.
  • Knowledge of statistical methods and reliability analysis techniques, including Weibull analysis and FMEAs.
Additional Skills:
  • Expertise in Problem Solving Methodologies.
  • Proficiency with National Instruments LabVIEW.
  • Experience in Design of Experiments.
  • Knowledge of HALT/HASS and Accelerated Life Testing methodologies.
  • Understanding of electrical circuit reliability.
