Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the platform owner and lead for strategic reliability engineering initiatives.
  • Demonstrate expertise in continuous integration practices.
  • Contribute significantly to tooling enhancements and maintenance projects while engaging in user support.
  • Collaborate extensively with IT stakeholders, including developers, infrastructure teams, and Cloud Engineers.
  • Adopt a versatile, service-oriented approach with an open-source mindset, complemented by strong communication skills.
  • Manage tools maintenance and oversee obsolescence and end-of-life strategies.
  • Facilitate infrastructure and application upgrades for all tools across the organization.
  • Provide technical leadership to your team.
  • Support users and manage change effectively.

Essential Tools:
Experience with Ansible, Terraform, and Github is required.

Desirable Tools:
Familiarity with Netbrain and Selector AI is advantageous.

Coding Skills:
Proficiency in Python is essential.

Operating Systems:
Experience with RedHat and Windows is necessary.

Cloud Platforms:
Knowledge of AWS, GCP, and Azure is required.

While this role emphasizes technical leadership, the Manager of Site Reliability Engineering is expected to maintain a hands-on approach. This position is ideal for an engineer aspiring to gain leadership experience or for an experienced manager eager to engage more closely with technology. This is a remote opportunity.
