Central Intake Coordinator Role at Caretenders

We are seeking a highly skilled Central Intake Coordinator to join our team at Caretenders. As a key member of our Central Intake Team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support by triaging incoming calls and entering referrals into our operating system.

This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

About the Job

The Central Intake Coordinator will be responsible for communicating accurate referral information within the Central Intake team as well as to branches.

Requirements
  • Minimum of High School education or G.E.D.
  • Minimum of one to two years experience in office procedures.
  • Minimum of one to two years Insurance/Medical experience.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is between $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
