We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Patient Service Coordinator to join our team at Serenity Healthcare, LLC. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities- Patient Interaction: Greet patients and visitors warmly, creating a positive and welcoming environment.
- Front Desk Management: Manage patient check-in and check-out procedures, including collecting necessary documentation and processing payments.
- Patient Records: Maintain and update patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Clinical Support: Coordinate with healthcare providers and staff to ensure seamless patient flow and communication.
- Administrative Tasks: Assist with filing, data entry, and other administrative duties as needed.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate degree or higher is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is essential.
- You must be able to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
