Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Service Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service to our patients and caregivers. Your primary focus will be on ensuring orders are received and processed timely, efficiently, and accurately.

You will act as the first point of contact for patients arriving in person, answer inbound calls from customers, and work collaboratively with patients, providers, and other team members to find resolutions to queries or concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process orders and ensure timely delivery of medical equipment and supplies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve operational efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records and data entry in multiple systems.
  • Perform outbound customer satisfaction calls to patients and referrals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare-related field, preferably in customer service or operations.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
