About You
You are a proactive individual eager to contribute to a dynamic fintech startup as a Client Services Specialist. Your passion lies in delivering exceptional client support via various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You possess outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, and excel at simplifying complex information for diverse audiences.
Your problem-solving abilities are unmatched, and you view each client interaction as a chance to enhance our overall service. You are enthusiastic about participating in all facets of a growing client support organization, from optimizing our technology to preparing insightful reports and strategizing on service improvements.
Additionally, you enjoy gathering client feedback and collaborating with our product team to relay client needs and contribute to product enhancements.
About the Role
As a Client Services Specialist, you will provide support through phone, email, and chat, utilizing both internal and external resources. You will address a variety of client inquiries, from straightforward product questions to complex issues requiring in-depth knowledge of our offerings and client situations.
Your role will involve close collaboration with our product team and engineers to resolve challenging issues in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
In addition to providing exceptional support, you will play a crucial role in shaping our client support organization. This includes:
- Developing a comprehensive playbook for scaling our client support operations.
- Tracking and categorizing client issues to identify trends.
- Reporting on key metrics to enhance operational efficiency.
- Creating and maintaining client support materials, including email templates and FAQs.

Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding client experiences across phone, email, and chat, including technical assistance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage reporting and define performance metrics.

- Implement strategies to enhance client experiences and improve team efficiency.
- Participate in training and onboarding new support representatives.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in client support within financial services or a similar role with substantial client interaction.
- A FINRA Series 7 license.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A self-motivated individual with a positive demeanor.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in client support process enhancements, metrics analysis, and training.
