About the Role

Aon is seeking a highly skilled Client Services Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our internal content management system to ensure seamless client benefit program management.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement and maintain client benefit programs, ensuring timely and effective execution.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve process efficiency and drive business results.
  • Support internal and external teams in resolving application issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Serve as a liaison between internal and external teams, facilitating communication and ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of business rules and application capabilities to ensure informed decision-making and effective design.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in business operations or sales operations, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Power BI, and SQL.
  • High self-initiative and ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Proactive approach to learning and development, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.

Aon offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 to $48,000 annually, based on education, experience, skills, and abilities. The actual salary will vary based on individual circumstances.
