Client Service Specialist

The Private Equity Client Service Team at Neuberger Berman Group LLC is seeking a highly skilled Client Service Analyst to provide exceptional client service and operational support for the firm's private funds. As a key member of the team, you will partner with internal teams and external fund administrators to deliver a consistent client experience.
Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive support to the Investor Relations team in servicing and maintaining the investor database, including periodic and ongoing client support.
- Assist clients with required documentation and manage internal posts of reports and marketing materials.
- Perform account maintenance, including name/address changes and other ongoing database maintenance.
- Regularly contact clients regarding new account documents, LOAs, account updates, checks and wires, transfers, statement inquiries, research, and other client requests.
- Maintain accurate and detailed client files and provide client service support for NB Alternatives funds, including communication with clients regarding financial statements, capital calls, distributions, quarterly updates, and tax documents.
- Field telephone calls and emails from clients and work with the appropriate NB staff to answer client requests.
- Assist with special projects and contribute to the team's goal of providing exceptional client service.
- Undergraduate degree or 2-4 years of equivalent working experience in the financial services industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook products, with familiarity with working with financial and marketing databases preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, strong client servicing skills, and ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
- Client-focused and detail-oriented with a strong ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced work atmosphere.
- Knowledge of Registered Funds and eFront suite of applications (Front Invest and Investment Caf) is a plus.
