Job Role Overview:

As a Deployment Project Manager at Horizon56, you will be part of the Deployment Function responsible for engaging with customers to successfully deploy our solution into operations. The team comprises Digital Deployment Engineers with industry backgrounds and travels to customers' offices and offshore rigs to support on-site training and change management.

As a Deployment Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating activities ensuring delivery to our customers. This includes technical deployment of our systems, organizing training activities, coordinating activities across multiple roles, teams, companies, and locations. Offshore drilling activities are dynamic, so is our deployment projects – you need to be able to adjust plans on a continuous basis while keeping all stakeholders informed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Early client engagement, setting up project plans and timelines for deployment
  • Coordinate with Customers (operators and drilling contractors) following up on delivery and expectations from all parties. Highlight potential challenges and how to solve these
  • Assist clients with change management processes of introducing new systems
  • Collaborate, lead, and manage other deployment team members, external resources, and customers
  • Coordinate with Horizon56 IT Operations to deploy our solutions as per customers' requirements and input
  • Be up to date and aware of Horizon56's roadmap and priorities
  • Continuously work on optimizing how Horizon56 drives deployment activities

Working Location:

We are looking for someone located in Norway, Denmark, or the United Kingdom. There may be occasional requests for the employee to travel to other locations for business purposes to meet clients, plan deployment activities, or collaborate internally in Horizon56.
