Overview:
The Sales Associate role is an excellent entry point for individuals looking to launch their careers in sales. This position involves collaborating with experienced sales professionals to promote software solutions and identify opportunities for additional sales within the existing customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve or surpass monthly sales targets set by the organization.
- Maintain a high level of sales activity as required by the company.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for the assigned sales account manager from a targeted list of products.
- Assist the sales account manager with customer escalations and various tasks.
- Develop and sustain a strong sales pipeline as per company standards.
- Engage with current customers to present, articulate value, and sell additional products.
- Conduct effective sales presentations over the phone with existing clients.
- Address customer inquiries and issues promptly.
- Coordinate with internal teams as needed to resolve customer concerns.
- Update customer records as necessary.
- Monitor and report on customer satisfaction levels.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to stay informed about industry trends.
