Role Responsibilities:

ROLE DESCRIPTION

At FNBO, we prioritize the customer in all our actions. In this role, you will be encouraged to comprehend your customer's distinct needs, enabling you to provide optimal recommendations for their financial health. This encompasses everything from facilitating simple transactions to ensuring they are adequately saving for retirement and everything in between. Within FNBO branches, our branch managers actively engage with the team and provide comprehensive training to help you effectively connect with your customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ensure every customer feels welcomed in your FNBO branch.
  • Assist customers with transactions such as deposits and withdrawals.
  • Understand your customer's unique financial requirements.
  • Provide tailored recommendations to support their needs.
  • Guide customers towards improved financial well-being.
  • Strengthen relationships with customers through outreach.
  • Adhere to all bank policies, regulations, and laws.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Experience in retail banking preferred.
  • Bilingual in Karen/Burmese is a plus.

Compensation:

Compensation range (base pay): $39,795.00-$65,661.00

The final compensation offer may vary based on work experience, education, and/or skill level.

Registration Requirement:

This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS). Qualification requirements include meeting applicable financial responsibility, character, credit fitness, and criminal background standards. Successful candidates must meet ongoing regulatory requirements, including acceptable background investigation and credit report results.
