Job Summary

Trinity Terrace, a premier upscale senior living community, is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to support our Human Resources team. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing ongoing employee support, organizing employee files, and assisting with HR projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Support: Provide ongoing support to employees, including answering inquiries, managing communications, and distributing company-wide announcements.
  • Employee Files and Records: Organize and update employee files, track records, and support time attendance monitoring.
  • HR Projects: Assist in planning employee appreciation events, onboarding, orientation, and pulse surveys. Support HR projects, including wage surveys, I-9 compliance, benefits, recruitment, and open enrollment.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist the HR team, hiring managers, and recruiters with recruitment activities.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of one (1) year experience performing clerical office work.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office programs, HRIS, and time and attendance system.
  • Communication Skills: Professional phone skills and proficiency in use of office equipment.
