As a Clinical Specialist , you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional clinical support and education to our esteemed clients. This role, under the guidance of the Clinical Manager, encompasses a variety of responsibilities aimed at ensuring optimal customer engagement and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee activities within the designated Travel & Expense budget.
  • Provide regular updates to the Clinical Manager regarding regional training initiatives and support efforts.
  • Conduct customer training sessions to facilitate product adoption and retention for key accounts.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Team to provide clinical support throughout the customer journey, from pre-sale to post-conversion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with end-users while delivering product training and clinical education.
  • Offer ongoing follow-up support to customers at their locations as necessary.
  • Organize regional training for nursing support as required.
  • Work closely with the Clinical Manager and Regional Business Manager to optimize scheduling and activities for enhanced outcomes.
  • Execute Vascular Access Management assessment programs to support both Vascular Care and Vascular Access sales divisions.

Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse with a Bachelor's degree (BSN preferred).
  • A minimum of 5 years of general nursing experience, including at least 3 years of experience in Ultrasound-guided vascular access device placement (PICC & midline).
  • Strong skills in relationship development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proven capability to conduct educational training sessions.
  • Persuasive and credible, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
  • In-depth knowledge of infusion therapy, vascular access, and relevant disease states related to MDS products.
  • Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time.
