As a Clinical Specialist , you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional clinical education and support to our esteemed clients. This role is vital in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and knowledge regarding our products. The responsibilities of the Clinical Specialist include, but are not limited to, the following:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the responsibilities within the designated Travel & Expense budget.
  • Provide regular updates to the Clinical Manager regarding regional training initiatives and support activities.
  • Facilitate training sessions for customers to enhance conversion and retention strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Team to provide clinical support throughout the customer engagement process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with end-users while delivering product training and clinical education.
  • Offer ongoing follow-up support to customers at their locations as necessary.
  • Conduct regional training for nursing support as required.
  • Work alongside the Clinical Manager and Regional Business Manager to optimize scheduling and activities for maximum effectiveness.
  • Execute Vascular Access Management assessments to support both Vascular Care and Vascular Access sales teams.

Qualifications:

  • A Registered Nurse with a Bachelor's degree (BSN preferred).
  • At least 5 years of general nursing experience, including a minimum of 3 years in Ultrasound-guided vascular access device placement (PICC & midline).
  • Strong relationship-building capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to conduct educational training sessions.
  • Persuasive and credible, with the ability to influence others effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of infusion therapy, vascular access, and relevant disease states related to MDS products.
  • Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time.
