About the Role

We are seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians, both entry-level and experienced, to directly assist children with autism in honing vital skills like communication, social interaction, and self-care. This rewarding opportunity involves working in natural environments, occasionally requiring lifting or moving up to 50 lbs. and maintaining various postures for extended periods.

As a Child Development Specialist, you will be part of our collaborative team that executes ABA based behavior intervention plans, focusing on lifelong changes in a child's life. With a strong passion for children and continuous learning, you will contribute to making a meaningful impact in the lives of families affected by autism.

What We Offer

Competitive Compensation: Earn $24.00 - $28.00 hourly, based on your experience, education, and certifications.

Part-Time Flexibility: 12-20 hours per week, providing the ideal work-life balance.

  • This role involves working in-home services only.

Required Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Possession of a valid driver's license and personal vehicle.

Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills for working with children and families.

Prior experience with children is advantageous.
