Position Overview

This role involves leveraging your expertise to mentor agents, fostering their growth while simultaneously expanding your own real estate team. By providing agents with hands-on experience, you will create a mutually beneficial environment that enhances both your business and their careers. This position offers one of the most rewarding commission structures in real estate, setting the foundation for long-term success.

Compensation:

Projected earnings range from $80,000 to $130,000 based on commission plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide training on contracts and agreements
  • Guide agents in database and COI marketing strategies
  • Facilitate CRM training sessions
  • Conduct coaching appointments
  • Ensure weekly accountability with agents
  • Assist in contract negotiations
  • Drive individual sales efforts

Required Qualifications:
  • Possession of a valid Real Estate License
  • Demonstrated experience in real estate sales
