Arctic Wolf Co is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Liaison Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers and providing expert technical support to ensure their security needs are met.

About the Role:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing technical guidance and support to resolve security-related issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their security requirements and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to ensure seamless delivery of security solutions.
  • Mentor junior team members, sharing your expertise and knowledge to help them grow in their roles.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and support security solutions, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our security offerings.
  • Contribute to the development of security policies and procedures, ensuring they align with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in security testing and validation activities, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance our security posture.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a strong background in security architecture, threat analysis, and incident response.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Experience with security tools and systems, including security information and event management (SIEM) systems, threat intelligence platforms, and security orchestration, automation, and response (SOAR) tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Security testing and forensics tools, including penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, and security testing frameworks.
  • Malware analysis, including reverse engineering and threat hunting.
  • Incident response, including incident management, threat hunting, and security operations center (SOC) management.
  • Risk management and compliance frameworks, including NIST, ISO 27001, and HIPAA.
