Responsabilidades del Especialista en Soporte de Ciberseguridad:
- Como miembro del equipo de soporte de plataforma, el especialista utilizará herramientas de Jira Service Manager y vSphere para monitorear y mantener la plataforma de entrenamiento, garantizando su rendimiento óptimo. Este puesto es para el turno de noche, de lunes a viernes.
- Supervisará la creación de cuentas de usuario, abordará problemas de la plataforma planteados por los usuarios y asegurará resoluciones rápidas. Además, incorporará comentarios de los usuarios para mejoras continuas en la experiencia del cliente. Este soporte integral abarca sistemas clasificados bajo niveles de seguridad No Clasificado, Sec/REL y Top-Secret.
- Deberá poseer habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal sólidas para colaborar sin problemas dentro de un entorno de equipo y apoyar a las partes interesadas.
- Demostrar atención al detalle al ingresar información de usuario para asegurar precisión, minimizando la necesidad de acciones correctivas.
Requisitos del Especialista en Soporte de Ciberseguridad:
- Título universitario en una disciplina técnica como TI, informática, sistemas o ingeniería de software de una universidad acreditada. (5 años de experiencia en lugar de título).
- Cumplimiento con 8570 IAT Nivel II o superior. Se requiere certificación Security+, CISSP u otra certificación equivalente dentro de los seis meses posteriores a la contratación.
- Ciudadano estadounidense con autorización de seguridad Secreta. Se prefiere Top Secret.
