Aftermarket Sales Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Aftermarket Inside Sales Engineer to join our team at Nooter/Eriksen Inc. in Fenton, MO. As a key member of our Aftermarket Team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer support and driving sales growth through strategic partnerships and project development.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, account coordinators, and project managers to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Provide prompt and knowledgeable responses to customer inquiries, including quote and project management, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and business development initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales and business development efforts.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth goals, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor of Science degree in an accredited engineering school or equivalent work experience.
- 0-2 years of experience in industrial sales or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and customer service skills.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Proactive, independent, and team-oriented with a high level of professionalism and trustworthiness.
- Proficiency in English.
