Job Title: Aftermarket Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share in the aftermarket sales segment.
  • Pursue new business opportunities and develop key existing accounts in an assigned territory.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and product developments to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven sales experience in the material handling industry, preferably in aftermarket sales.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
