Job Overview:

The role of the Customer Solutions Specialist II encompasses a variety of responsibilities aimed at driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction. The key functions of this position include:

Achieving sales targets to promote overall route expansion and increase profitability. Engaging in prospecting, initiating cold calls, scheduling appointments, and meeting established sales quotas. Acquiring additional new business opportunities. Operating a company vehicle safely within designated areas to deliver products and services to diverse clients, ensuring daily vehicle maintenance and proper documentation. Independently managing daily routes to guarantee accurate and timely product delivery in accordance with company policies and guidelines. Reviewing invoices daily to ensure completeness and accuracy, making necessary corrections. Generating leads and contacting potential customers to solicit business, preparing service agreements, and onboarding new accounts. Clearly communicating services, policies, and pricing structures to customers. Monitoring customer feedback and addressing any issues promptly and courteously. Prioritizing personal safety and the safety of others by adhering to safe work practices and using appropriate tools and equipment. Performing additional duties as assigned that fall within the scope of the responsibilities outlined above.

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum age of 21, possessing a valid driver's license with an excellent driving record. Experience in sales and customer service with consistent customer interaction. Strong mathematical skills and basic computer proficiency. Proven track record in selling services/products and generating new business is preferred. Exceptional customer service and verbal communication skills are essential. Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and quickly resolve customer concerns.

Working Environment:

Exposure to varying weather conditions, including extreme temperatures based on geographical location. The role may require long and irregular hours in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Demands:

Ability to routinely lift and maneuver at least 25 lbs. and load/unload products from the vehicle without assistance. Must be capable of occasionally lifting and maneuvering 50+ lbs. The position requires bending, squatting, climbing, and reaching.

Compensation:

The salary for this position ranges from $55,000 to $65,000, depending on various factors including the applicant's skills, qualifications, relevant experience, and market data. Sales commissions are available based on the incentive plan.
