Position Overview: CME Corp.'s Service Solutions team is on the lookout for a Site Installation Supervisor to join our Newark, DE service center. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the local expert in installation processes, collaborating closely with the Service Center Manager. Your efforts will be crucial in ensuring that all installation activities not only meet but exceed customer expectations, thereby upholding CME Corp.'s commitment to exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of installation professionals while actively participating in installation tasks.
  • Prepare orders and assemble equipment within the CME Corp. warehouse.
  • Oversee direct deliveries to healthcare clients using designated delivery vehicles.
  • Manage the installation, setup, and wall mounting of medical equipment within healthcare facilities.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with clients and team members.
  • Coordinate scheduling activities with the Service Center Manager.
  • Engage in regular travel within the Newark, DE region and neighboring areas as required.
  • Occasionally travel overnight to assist other service centers nationwide.
  • Ensure adherence to established standard operating procedures by all team members.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office.
  • Flexibility in scheduling, with varying start and end times.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 75 lbs.
  • Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand and power tools.
  • Experience driving a 26-foot straight truck and compliance with DOT regulations.
