Inside Sales Support Coordinator

Amerlux, a pioneer in the lighting industry, is seeking a highly skilled Inside Sales Support Administrator to join our team. This role works four days per week in our Oakland, NJ office and one day from home. As the Inside Sales Support Administrator, you will be responsible for providing pre-sale sales and customer support to both internal and external customers. Your key responsibilities will include pre-sale support for sales and customers, executing inside sales responsibilities, and leadership and management responsibility for the Inside Sales team. You will also be responsible for developing tracking mechanisms for new reps and agents, maintaining current forecasting of future sales, and providing all required support and customer management responsibilities for international customers. The ideal candidate will have a BS/BA or equivalent experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and expertise in Microsoft Office and Excel.
