Job Summary

We're seeking an exceptional Business Operations Coordinator to deliver quality support for our Sales and Marketing processes. As part of our global team, you'll be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to all guests and business partners, ensuring operational processes and procedures are met, protecting data integrity throughout our systems, and partnering with your team and leadership to implement changes or new initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, business partners, and team members.
  • Process Improvement: Identify ways to enhance our customer service or processes.
  • Data Collection: Collect and/or validate data when interacting with our guests to ensure they receive the best experience with us.
  • Asset Protection: Manage and protect company assets through all interactions.
  • Operational Procedures: Understand and implement operational procedures that govern our business.
  • New Initiatives: Support new initiatives and help teams impacted by these changes.
  • Reporting: Maintain daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly reporting needs.
  • Resource Utilization: Successfully leverage your resources (team, leadership, procedural guides, etc.) to provide quick support to questions as they arise.
You Will Partner With:
  • Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Human Resources.
  • Resort Operations leadership.
Salary Range:

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on location and experience.
