- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the Executive Director/Clinical Director to drive business growth and achieve sales goals.
- Manage sales administration duties, including CRM, expense reporting, and sales forecasting.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Two to three years of prior successful sales experience in the healthcare industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and be self-motivated.
