Solar Sales Representative

Job Overview:
We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven sales professionals to join our team as Solar Sales Consultants. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for running qualified appointments, generating new business, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run 1-3 preset qualified appointments daily in clients' homes
- Generate new business opportunities and meet or exceed sales goals
- Ensure a positive and high-quality client-focused experience
- Manage accounts from initial consultation to system activation and ongoing client support
- Participate in weekly sales meetings and continuous training opportunities
- Gather referrals and reviews from clients on a consistent basis
- Maintain the sales process and communicate/update client accounts in the CRM regularly
