Technical Support Professional - San Antonio

VIP Staffing is seeking a skilled Technical Support Professional to join our team as a Tier 2 Helpdesk Engineer in San Antonio, TX. This role will involve working closely with our support team to identify and troubleshoot technical issues through support tickets and phone calls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Printer troubleshooting and repair
  • O365 troubleshooting and support
  • Active Directory, Service System Admin, and network troubleshooting
  • Troubleshooting server and client-side issues on cloud platforms
  • Documentation using Kaseya help desk ticketing system
Requirements:
  • At least 2-3 years of helpdesk experience in an O365 environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in direct professional experience supporting helpdesk and IT Administration
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
  • Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems
Work Environment:

This is a full-time role with benefits and opportunities for advancement. The work location is on-site in North San Antonio, with a 40-hour workweek (Monday-Friday, 8-5).
