Tier 2 Technical Support Specialist

VIP Staffing is seeking a skilled Technical Support Professional to join our team as a Tier 2 Helpdesk Engineer in San Antonio, TX. This role will involve working closely with our support team to identify and troubleshoot technical issues through support tickets and phone calls.
Key Responsibilities:- Printer troubleshooting and repair
- O365 troubleshooting and support
- Active Directory, Service System Admin, and network troubleshooting
- Troubleshooting server and client-side issues on cloud platforms
- Documentation using Kaseya help desk ticketing system
- At least 2-3 years of helpdesk experience in an O365 environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in direct professional experience supporting helpdesk and IT Administration
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
- Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems
This is a full-time role with benefits and opportunities for advancement. The work location is on-site in North San Antonio, with a 40-hour workweek (Monday-Friday, 8-5).
