Tier 2 Technical Support Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Tier 2 Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Apex Systems. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide PC Refresh and Imaging services, configuring software, hardware, and peripherals.
  • Perform support services to upgrade laptops and ensure they are functioning properly.
  • Diagnose mechanical, hardware, software, and system issues using established procedures.
  • Serve as a customer contact for technical and service-related problems.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in support/troubleshooting Microsoft Windows 10.
  • Minimum 1+ year experience in support/troubleshooting Microsoft O365.
  • Tier 1 Support Experience.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as a team member.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, organization, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Tier 2 Support Experience.
  • College Degree.
  • Troubleshooting Experience.
  • PC Refresh Experience.
