Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Tier 2 Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Apex Systems. As a key member of our support team, you will provide technical assistance to our clients, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Microsoft Windows 10 and Microsoft O365.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support and troubleshooting services for Microsoft Windows 10 and Microsoft O365
- Configure and image hardware and software for clients
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hardware, software, and system issues
- Serve as a customer contact for technical and service-related problems
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in technical support and troubleshooting
- Minimum 1+ year experience with Microsoft Windows 10 and Microsoft O365
- Tier 1 Support Experience
- Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Tier 2 Support Experience
- College Degree
- Troubleshooting Experience
- PC Refresh Experience
