Job Summary

This role involves selling technology-based solutions to customer business environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer organizations and be able to develop and maintain customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own all sales activities in assigned accounts or regions and achieve established sales targets annually.
  • Create business cases and high-level financial models to help position and sell technology-based solutions.
  • Sell to both large and SMB clients via direct new sales, alliances, and leveraging existing client bases.
  • Construct clear value propositions for clients, including business benefits such as OPEX vs. CAPEX substitution, ROI, and TCO.
  • Engage proactively with Solutions and Services, Marketing, and Operations teams.
  • Compile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from professional networks, industry ads, trade shows, and other sources.
  • Build and maintain research on prospective and current customers, relating to how each customer is organized.
  • Establish and maintain current customer and potential customer relationships.
  • Gain a clear understanding of customer business requirements.
  • Educate customers on the full breadth of solutions offered by Logicalis.
  • Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales contracts.
  • Identify and resolve customer concerns.
  • Demonstrate and actively promote an understanding and commitment to the mission of Logicalis.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations, as well as policies and procedures of Logicalis.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • 3 years of demonstrated outside sales experience selling Information Technology products and consulting services/managed services.
  • 3 years of combining products and services into technology solutions that meet customer business needs.
  • Technical sales expertise selling to both Enterprise and SMB markets, with strong familiarity with Cloud, Managed Services, and Web 2.0 technical concepts.
  • Fundamental understanding of consultative, solutions sales process for dedicated, managed, cloud, and hybrid web hosting solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in strategic thinking, planning, and implementation.
  • Aptitude, ambition, and eagerness to join A-level Sales Team and contribute to a fun, professional culture focused on growth and outcomes.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications.
