About the Role

CURA Freight is seeking a highly motivated Freight Account Executive to manage loads for the full lifecycle. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating new business, acting as a liaison between customers and freight carriers, and collaborating with shippers, carriers, and dispatchers to ensure seamless pickups and deliveries.


Responsibilities
  • Secure new accounts and maintain customer relationships.
  • Identify reputable carriers for freight services using our proprietary tools.
  • Negotiate rates with carriers and provide customers with competitive shipping quotes.
  • Dispatch and track active loads domestically, ensuring timely updates to customers.
  • Communicate with dispatchers and drivers daily to resolve any issues and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Enter load data in our internal TMS system in real-time to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Develop a sales pipeline using our CRM application and make 100+ prospecting calls per day.


Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a phone-sales environment.
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to think creatively, solve problems, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation Package

Commission-based pay with uncapped earning potential.


Schedule
  • 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday.


Work Location

In-person, with relocation package available for qualified candidates.
