Sales Consultant

Cowboys Fit is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Membership Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in driving membership growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate new memberships and ancillary service memberships through referrals, phone/web inquiries, and follow-up with prospects.
- Implement and adhere to the sales process, including assessing member needs, providing value-based presentations, leading tours, and closing sales.
- Help integrate new members into personal training by attaching point-of-sale sessions and scheduling onboarding sessions.
- Meet weekly and monthly goals and metrics as outlined in individual tracking sheets.
- Collaborate with the Membership Manager to review prior and current week's activity.
- Develop leads through various activities, including telephone, internet, community outreach, and partnerships.
- Utilize the lead tracking system to manage prospect and member data.
- Ensure the CRM calendar is up-to-date and set up for success before each shift.
- Complete and submit new member paperwork before leaving the club on the day of membership.
- Attend membership meetings, team meetings, club meetings, member functions, and outside marketing events.
- General understanding of the fitness industry.
- Ability to work with computers.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Independent, self-starter with strong organizational skills.
- Team player with a commitment to adhering to meal and rest break periods.
- Ability to lift 45 pounds.
- Typing, using the telephone, and computer mouse.
- Frequent sitting, standing, walking, and stair climbing.
