Role Overview:


The Operations Support Specialist is responsible for monitoring agent certifications, sending reminders, guiding employees on current requirements and timelines, and providing resources and assistance to ensure timely completion.

This position communicates essential information regarding agent training initiatives, process updates, and company-wide initiatives aligned with strategic objectives, while also managing KPIs, troubleshooting IT issues, and promoting cultural initiatives.


Team Dynamics:


The GoHealth Customer Operations team engages with a vast number of GoHealth members, aiming to enhance member experience and satisfaction with the products acquired through GoHealth.


Key Responsibilities:
• Direct agents to appropriate resources for certification completion.

• Address technical issues, oversee system downtimes, and manage IT-related inquiries and ticket submissions.


• Provide hourly KPI updates to designated sales leadership, prepare ad-hoc management reports as needed, and offer metrics and feedback related to strategic project completion.

• Act as the communication liaison among various strategy groups, delivering certification, training, and event reminders for agents.

• Maintain and update company databases and MS Teams channels, communicating training schedules to support staff development.

• Promote participation in cultural initiatives through informational emails and reminders about upcoming events.

• Draft and deliver communications regarding the Sales Process, AwardCo updates, corporate contests, and other relevant initiatives.

• Serve as the administrator for password resets across various systems.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma

• Proficiency in MS Office, including Word and Outlook

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Self-motivated with the capability to identify needs and take appropriate actions

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Excel

• Familiarity with Jira

• Background in healthcare
