Business Development Representative

About the Role:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in the bathroom fixtures market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, interior designers, and retailers.
- Represent the company at trade shows, events, and industry expos.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in bathroom fixtures or related industries (e.g., home improvement, plumbing, or construction).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Self-starter with a results-driven attitude.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software is a plus.
