Purpose of Position

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) plays a pivotal role in developing and executing HR strategies that drive organizational effectiveness and talent acquisition. This position provides consultative business partnership to leaders and employees within a specific FSI business function or learning center.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide daily HR support to assigned leaders and employees, addressing needs and concerns to foster a culture of collaboration and accountability.

  2. Ensure consistent application of policies, procedures, and company values; maintain partnership with various Centers of Excellence to execute HR initiatives and improve the organization.

  3. Support leaders in recruitment, onboarding, and employee development initiatives, guiding them to manage performance through timely feedback and create an enjoyable working environment aligned with company culture and vision.

  4. Investigate and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring a positive work environment.

  5. Contribute to the delivery of programs and initiatives strengthening performance culture and engaging teams.

  6. Support enterprise Succession Planning objectives by facilitating local talent reviews, identifying top talent, gaps, critical roles, and individual development plans.

  7. Partner with Recruiting to attract top talent and fill roles supporting current and future business needs.

  8. Interpret, communicate, and execute policy and documentation requirements for business and local compliance.

  9. Analyze metrics using HR reporting and dashboard, identifying strategies for continuous improvement in their business function/region.

  10. Support ad hoc projects as a conduit between local and/or functional areas and enterprise HR/L&D.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • PHR/SPHR accreditation or similar HR professional qualification preferred.
  • 3+ years' Human Resources experience.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
