Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right products and services, ensuring they have a positive shopping experience.
  • Build strong relationships with wholesale and retail customers, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, contributing to the store's overall success.
  • Maintain accurate work order files and formulas, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Pull products from the sales floor or warehouse, tint and mix products as needed, and stock shelves and set up displays.
  • Clean store equipment, load/unload delivery trucks, and assist with deliveries as required.
  • Ensure assigned areas are well-stocked and visually appealing, maintaining a high level of presentation.
  • Stay up-to-date on products offered, discussing available options with customers and suggesting ways to improve sales.
  • Comply with inventory control procedures, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing waste.
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future.
  • Must be able to retrieve materials from shelves and floor stacks, lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently, and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
  • Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Valid, unrestricted driver's license.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service position.
  • Previous experience selling paint and paint-related products.
  • Previous experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language.
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish.
